“We’ll keep you on the move…” is
adhered to on a daily basis by way of a friendly voice
and ear at the end of the telephone, home visits for
the purposes of client assessment and advice, followed
by personal delivery and demonstration of the items
purchased (where appropriate) in order to confirm suitability
and ensure user confidence.
Every one of our customers is as important as the other
– no matter how large or small that customer’s
requirements might be. The genuine caring attitude,
empathetic approach and consistency of concern from
each member of our team toward every enquiry has come
to be not only expected, but relied upon - as has our
first class all round service.
We understand and care about improving quality of life
for those less fortunate than ourselves. Our primary
objective is to bring aid, comfort and mobility to the
people rather than them having to search for it.
